If you are unsatisfied with your order, or if it is damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of its arrival and we will arrange a return, replacement or refund.
For products that arrive damaged or incorrectly packaged, Alaska Chaga will send a prepaid shipping label for return. We will also ship your replacement order free of charge. If you do not want your order replaced, please return it in its original packaging for a full refund.
